The error talks about not being able to make a log entry on the computer as correctly said by Judd - Support Engineer in the thread: failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50 and shouldn’t be much of a concern unless you’re facing issues with the hard disk.
Keep reinstalling Windows as a last resort. What you can do now is visit the device or the system manufacturer’s website and see if they have any hardware diagnostic tool. Many hard disk manufacturers supply easy-to-use diagnostic tool that helps in quickly determining the condition of the disk drive. Find one such from the support section of the device manufacturer’s website.
See what’s the report. If the system or the hard disk is under warranty, you can even get it replaced in case of hardware failure.
